WHO WE ARE
Lucidity is a private investment firm working with founders, established business owners, and acquisition entrepreneurs. We are generalist investors with experience in heating and cooling, laboratory testing, industrial distribution, healthcare, SaaS, AI, and many other industries. We are flexible in how we invest; sometimes we buy companies outright, and other times we partner with the people who built them. We always look for the same things: exceptional people with independent judgment, loyal customers, and the potential to build a business others cannot easily replicate.
